Refund Policy
At Gifts Lebanon, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., items with names, messages, or special designs).
- Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, chocolates, cakes, or food items).
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or not delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, Gifts Lebanon is not responsible for refunds.
